I've finally uploaded some photos from the IFDC 2015 convention salesroom and Wave from Japan seminar. I have notes to add about Wave, but I haven't located them yet--underneath all my laundry. I should note: I am still recovering from shoulder surgery, and didn't think about the weight of my camera this year. I should have used a flash and taken more photos, so I apologize in advance for the quality.
You can also find the new JAMIEshow collection on Flickr. This year, it feels like the dolls have really nice airbrushed effect makeup--way more than I remember in the past. They also debuted Audrey Hepburn, a new sculpt, and several new classic black dresses.
Integrity Toys had a wonderful display, as usual. The dolls are display only--only Wouldn't It Be Loverly Lilith was for sale. And as usual, I was surprised at how wonderful the dolls feel in person. I wasn't drawn to the Katy Keene collection before I saw them in person, but they are great. NuFace is also quite a bit more interesting in real life, as were Poppy Parker and the Fashion Royalty Collection. The biggest surprise for me, however, was the FR:16 collection. Their new makeup is really fantastic.
